Yep, i had the same problem using TWRP while flashing this ROM, i tried to move the ROM files via ADB on USB using CMD on windows, after formatting data, because i was trying to reflash the ROM due to a bootloop, and it failed due to system mount problems, never had that before.

I also would Like to know if last build has mobile radio fix, and how does the fix manage the problem of battery consumption when there's no signal, because even with the fix here it still takes a lot of battery when i'm somewhere without signal.

How is the right way to flash those fixes? I tried to use SELinux Kernel Fix and it caused the entire system to crash, i had to reinstall the ROM from scratch, and i cleaned cache and dalvik after flashing the fix... I wanna try to flash Mobile Data Fix but i'm afraid it'll screw up the system.

Well, good to know about this update. Actually, as someone already said, Hotplug governor would be nice. All those other features i really don't know how to use, IO Scheduler i only use Noop, and KSM or Zram i don't know what it's for.
