Seems the 0406 build do have a problem of memory leak. Just have a look at the memory usage at 'Dev Ops-Running Services' then show the cached process. The funny thing is that just a few minutes ago, my 4c showed '-37M' is available. I remembered it was OK in 0403. A reboot is a temp solution...

Just try reboot your phone after the first boot. My 4c did not have double-tap reaction after the flash first boot. But after reboot manmually, all things work fine!

I have the same problem, AFASI from Google, it is because the updater-binary( or updater-binary?) of these scripts are toooo old, so TWRP just refused to flash. I tried CWM, it could do it. However, it cannot wipe sd-ext which created by TWRP...Damn it
