    Thread Bricked Mi4c

I had Lineage os and twrp 3.1.1-0 running on my mi4c, but I wanted to give MIUI a chance, so I flashed an official ROM using twrp, and since then, the phone is bricked. It keeps trying to boot (I get the Mi-logo), turns off and starts to boot up again until the battery dies. I've tried...

Post [ROM][OFFICIAL] LineageOS 14.1 for Nexus 9 (flounder)

Thanks for the quick reply. I came from the latest stock android version. I installed twrp 3.1.1-0 earlier today and then flashed the latest version of lineage os in combination with gapps (stock). When I was on stock android, it would also boot up for a couple of seconds, ask for the pin, and...

Post [ROM][OFFICIAL] LineageOS 14.1 for Nexus 9 (flounder)

I flashed the latest version of the Lineage rom, but when booting up, I'm asked to enter my pincode. The problem is that there is no way to enter it (the keyboard doesn't appear). Does anyone have a solution for this?

We just have to wait until a new version from Nzzane drops. It shouldn't be much longer.

The 09/08 version of the Lineage-ROM has the August security patch, not the September one. We'll have to wait for the next update to receive the BlueBorne-patch.

That function of screen-mirroring only works between Sony devices: now that you're running Lineage OS instead of an official Sony ROM, your TV no longer recognizes your phone as a Sony device. ---------- Post added at 03:06 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:15 PM ----------[COLOR="Silver"]...

I have the official Sony UCH10 Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 certified charger.

Very simple: you charge the phone using a quick charge certified charger, and you should see 'quick charging' instead of 'charging' on the phone's display.

I think so. I had a Xiaomi Mi5 (snapdragon 820) with a MoKee ROM, and I could charge it using quick charge 3.0. The Snapdragon 810 in the Xperia Z5 compact supports quick charge 2.0, and on the Sony ROM it always worked.

ROM works great. Still no quick charge 2.0 functionality, but otherwise a massive improvement on the Sony ROM.

Yup, works here. The only problem I have noticed so far is Quick Charge not working. But that hasn't worked with previous versions of this ROM either. Hopefully this can be fixed in the future.

The problem is solved. After rebooting I had to press the power and volume down keys in order to prevent the stock bootloader to overwrite twrp. ---------- Post added at 07:25 AM ---------- Previous post was at 07:13 AM ---------- Here's what worked for me: I downloaded the 06/03 version on...

OK, so when I install TWRP on my xperia Z5c (E5823) using fastboot, all goes well. But when I then try to reboot into TWRP, the phone just reboots into the stock bootloader. I remember reading somewhere that sometimes you have to press certain hardware keys on the phone after installing using...

Thread My Windows 10 laptop doesn't recognise my z5c in fastboot mode.

Ok, so here's my problem: I want to install twrp recovery on my z5c, the bootloader is unlocked and I can enter fastboot mode using the reboot bootloader adb command. But once I'm in fastboot mode and I enter fastboot devices, there is no response. I've downloaded the fastboot driver from the...

    Post Problem Flashing TWRP Recovery

I had the same problem. The solution is actually dead simple: after installing the recovery using fastboot you type 'fastboot reboot', and then immediately press power button and volume up button. If you don't press those buttons, twrp will be removed.

Yes, I tried that, but adb sideload doesn't work (I have twrp 3.1.0-0 installed). Maybe I should try downgrading to 3.0.2-0, and see if sideload works on that version?

    Post [ROM][7.X.X]LineageOS [Suzuran]

Entering TWRP is not the issue. I can enter TWRP the normal way (volume down + power). The problem is that I can't flash anything from TWRP because your rom is not on the internal memory, and TWRP doesn't seem to recognize my micro SD card.

    Post [ROM][7.X.X]LineageOS [Suzuran]

Thanks very much for your fast response. Ok, so I flashed the boot image from your rom, but after flashing it, the system didn't boot (just like before). I then wiped my device using the "fastboot -w" command, which worked. I then tried flashing your rom by using the "fastboot update...

So l installed twrp on my z5c but I also flashed a wrong boot.img and now my xperia is bricked (it doesn't boot). I can enter twrp, but it doesn't recognize my sd card, so I can't flash using that option, and my computer doesn't recognize my xperia either. And adb commands don't work anymore...

Post Mi4c Bricked: no OS, no USB debugging. Any ideas?

Problem solved. I was able to install a miui China rom using miflash. I then requested unlock permission from xiaomi, which was granted, and now I'm running a Superluminal marshmallow rom.

Thread Mi4c Bricked: no OS, no USB debugging. Any ideas?

Hi, my MI4c is bricked (there is no OS installed and usb debugging is not activated): I have TWRP installed, but I can't install a new OS from my PC because I can't use command prompts (usb debugging is not activated). I was thinking about buying a usb pen (type C) to try and install a custom...

Xiaomi Mi4c with no OS Here's my problem: my Xiaomi Mi4c has no OS (I accidently wiped everything).
