Loading themes will work on WiFi only. Try deleting data/cache. Then reboot to recovery and rename MIUI folder to "MIUI-old". Then reboot. Also please check if Bluetooth tethering works for you because it doesn't for me. Sent from my Mi-4c using Tapatalk

Looks like it worked. I had no error message whatsoever this time. Is there a way to check if it actually worked? Also I changed CPU scaling governor to "OnDemand" though Kernel Toolkit app. But I think it goes back to "Interactive" if I close the app.

I'm currently on build 2015-05-15 and I haven't noticed any major bug. Camera works nice, sound isn't particularly low. I feel like upgrading to the latest build available. What wipes do I have to do after flashing? Is Wipe-data necessary?
