Definitely not! Because I saw that too on every update by sdcard in stock recovery. I'm on latest Oreo (Dec 2018).

If your is a droid razr then i think it is XT912. But in the screenshot i see that you used a XT910 sbf file! Try this : http://sbf.droid-developers.org/cdma_spyder/VRZ_XT912_6.7.2-180_DHD-16_M4-31_1FF.xml.zip or you can use mattlgroff's utility found here...

Yes, as i know XT910(All regions) and XT912 are easily to unbrick with ICS SBF files. Only XT910S, XT910K, XT909 are lack of SBF firmware files so just don't get these model. Good luck!

IMHO, delete the CID partition so you can flash other region SBF fastboot files. Type this in windows cmd: Moto-fastboot.exe -erase cid Then flash the sbf with RSDLite BUT after doing this trick, you have to choose BP Tools each boot. This trick should be the last to try if all attempts were...

IMHO, Miui ROM would be your fast and easy solution. I'm currently running MIUI 2.8.x on my Razr as i'm typing, it smooths as hell ;) Oh, and you need Bootmenu manager 0.2.7 to install MIUI. Good luck! Sent from my XT910S using xda premium

imho, you have to have a working /system to charge the battery without booting. You could try to solder a microUSB to make a Motorola Factory cable. This cable will ignore the low battery problem. Tutorial here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=20521609 Or purchase from ebay...

First, try to charge the phone by plug in to wallcharger or search this forum for "low battery" solutions. Then you would try the Matt's tools here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1769345 That tool will restore ur friend phone to stock ICS. As i know becoz bootloader is locked...

What is your razr model? Mine is XT910S and i have the same problem after flashing inappropriate sbf's But all my flashing is failed on cdt.bin right from the start.
