Lavasnake54, Right after flashing ROM before rebooting. Let the phone load in fully then reboot again.

When you install select the don't wipe anything option and it will keep your settings etc. That's what I've done for they past 3 updates.

I think I have found my problem. I'd not updated modem and bootloader to pie versions. Can someone please confirm via my screenshot they're the correct versions now? Thanks very much

Does seem a little slow compared to oreo even after flashing tgp kernel too. Done full wipe, installed rom with stock kernel and add ons first, skipped all the way through setup then rebooted. Installed my backup then rebooted and flashed tgp kernel. Any tips for more speed?

Tkkg1994. Was using dual speaker originally but when clean flashing last time I didn't install any sound mods at all and wasn't using any other sound drivers other than stock. I tried turning volume down as mentioned previously but that didn't make a difference either.

Just installed the latest rom after rooting my s8+ Very impressed so far. Struggled getting Android pay to work at first but updated magisk and all is working well now. Brilliant rom. Look forward to future updates.

Just a quick question.. What would I need to do if I wanted to go back to kingrom 14 ? Would I need to reflash a different modem and bootloader to the one I flashed to install this version?

Installed v3 tonight after updating modem, bootloader and wiping data (coming from kingrom v14). Very impressed with it and no issues so far. Thanks for all your hard work boostermbkking. Look forward to more mods and tweaks soon.

Stock file would be ideal. Unrooted mine and went to a non 3 firmware and lost 4g. Do you have a link to it by any chance please? Tried downloading it with xperifirm but couldn't sort it properly. Many thanks.

On previous versions I have moved some apps to sd card but when I've updated the rom) in flashing a newer version) the apps didn't appear to be installed. I haven't done this now for a few updates and have left the apps where they were . Was this due to the apps to sd bug? If I move them again...

Bruce1x, I'm on three UK mate. Haven't used tether but have no problem getting 4g (lte) in the usual spots I got it before flashing this rom.

Did a clean install, flashed the fix, head a few fcs but has been settled down not for a good hour or so . Love it . thanks
