I have xperia z3 dual and your mod didn't work for me,i have to ask if l lock bootloader and flash stock rom with TA partition would i get keys back or functions back?

When i bought phone it had lollipop stock I have lollipop stock rom ftf that includes TA partition,if i lock my bootloader and flash it will those keys or functions be restored?

Hey guys You know there was an app in A4.3 app ops(which could control app permissions) but was removed from KitKat and later versions but if you do a search in settings in lollipop you will see this and when you tap on it,it'll lead you to security and also when you wanna reset app preferences...

I have used it before and it went well and I could use Internet but now it doesn't turn on and doesn't show LTE 3G or E like before, I wanna know if i it can be solved...
