That was not the problem. I know this, But google changed something with his service so safetynet is not working anymore under 16.0 with may device. With 17.1, everything is ok. Nothing changed in build.prop (done this a long time ago ;)

Installed LM 2.81 together with LM 1.90 original cfg-file without success. Than mcu LM 2.81 again alone and hooray it works now. Thanks to all helping me. Issue depends on cfg-file. Good to know.
