Guys I try to flash v5.5.0 dirty over a clean v5.0. When flashing SELinux Manager, it prompts me to press VOL UP Key but it does not recognize my key press and is stuck there forever. Anyone experiences the same behavior and got around?

Just a quick thought... Did you install the fastboot driver properly? I assume you are on a windows machine, if so please check the device manager if there is an entry saying something like "S1" in its name and if there is a yellow symbol on it or not

When you are in fastboot mode (blue led) you need to type `fastboot devices` instead of `adb devices`

Had the same result. My solution was: - enter flashmode, flash twrp again - hold POWER + VOL DOWN! and only release both buttons when TWRP shows up - flash patcher again via adb sideload

I'd say patch! If you can spare the time, please write some instructions and pin them here in the thread, I think this will get people on board with the patcher who have no experience with flashtool. Thanks in advance for your efforts!

Flashed this morning. Thanks for the great work! Will report usage stats after a week. EDIT: Root was gone after the first reboot. After reflashing only the latest magisk with TWRP, everything is persistent now.

After a factory reset, my codecs still show 'unknown' but no other issues. Or boot your phone, wait until LED turns green and then press VOL DOWN multiple times until it turns purple.
