When I got this phone battery was amazing. I Always got about 6-8 hours of SOT, but now it seems worse. Now Im barely getting 5 hours and sometimes worse. Should I be worried or this is issue of somekind? Phone is about 1 month old.

I understand that Sony may change how DRM works in the future, but what can they do to stop the current development? They can't just simply make it not work again, plus it can be that they don't even know about this. Anyway same goes for me, not buying Sony anymore.

Unlocking bootloader sure lowers camera quality but not to that level that it can focus anymore. It could be that some dust particle fell into camera unit while you were repairing which made camera blurry. I could be wrong tho.

There is no need to rush. If he releases his stock 3.4 tree in hurry then there is a high chance it can have bugs. And then every ROM based on it will be buggy also. Next update will sure be a HUGE one. It will be worth waiting;)

Weeks, months?? I'm not asking any ETA's, just want to know what to expect and is it even worth to wait.

Service menu is for Sony stock roms only. There is no service menu in AOSP

I hope that these final blobs will improve quality greatly, otherwise we'll be stuck with ROM's with sh***y camera

The most stable ROM's are stock and stock based ones. They have basically no bugs and work without problems. Take your time, find which is best for you. I can't tell you specifically, because everyone has different tastes and needs. Custom ROM support is very little. Your best bet on custom...

There is dirtycow based TA backup tool. Backup your TA, unlock bootloader, flash and root all you want, if you need to reset phone, flash your TA partition, reflash firmware and no traces of root will be found.

Wajk should get his z3c replaced. I just got back my z3 from repairs. It was on unlocked bootloader, only digitizer cracked, and they gave me brand new z3. I hope same happens to him.

It's not just qualcomm. For example Nexus 5 with SD 800 has almost fully working AOSP. The real problem is lack of source and developers.

Even if camera gets fixed in another thread, probably nobody will be able to build fully functional AOSP. Seriously, the lack of developers is just insane. Infact all the "ROMS" available for this device were based on stock. I just call these "ROMS" kits of premade stuff. They are all f**king...

Well, D6708 has a locked bootloader and it can't be unlocked. Because of this, any AOSP or CM ROM can't be booted up. You can tweak or customise stock firmware, but because of locked bootloader, you won't have any AOSP or CM Roms.
