SIM detection. i had modified EFS to use VoLTE on Vodafone PT.

i think there's some issue detecting my SIM card from Vodafone PT. doenst ask me for a PIN, and like previous users reported, after a minute or two, phone restarts to recovery. maybe we need a full wipe. codeworkx any idea about this? regards edit: fixed. had to restore my original EFS.

fastboot flash recovery xxxx.img ? or if you want to try, uninstall magisk and during the same twrp session, flash it again. all modules should be removed and you'll be able to boot.

happened the same to me. i just uninstalled magisk, rebooted, flashed magisk, all OK.

Flashing stock recovery to boot partition is a temp fix for the user sideload the OOS pie build... After sideloading it would be like it was flashed on recovery... Sent from my ONEPLUS A5010

download the zip again. extract the img named oosrecovery.img flash recovery into boot partition, not recovery partition: fastboot flash boot oosrecovery.img boot phone, it will boot into oos recovery, then do the adb sideload command

enter recovery and search for adb sideload function. select it. connect phone to PC, navigate to the folder where you have the build zip. open a terminal/command prompt there and: adb sideload build.zip

You did something wrong. Why would be root not achieved on Pie? Follow the steps I wrote.

root would be gone after you flash 9.0 build, so it's irrelevant.

i literally just wrote what you need to do.. if you already with twrp and rooted, just flash the zip with the oos recovery and follow the rest of the steps
