Any way for me to contribute? Just my cs degree and I have a lot of free time. Don't know much about os and android programming though. Would it be difficult to pick up? I know Python, C, and some Javascript.

I rooted my Shield Portable and I'm looking for a way for it not to delete the dalvik-cache on shutdown. I tried the optimizer fix app, but it ended up soft bricking my device. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.
