Does anyone actually use this with their daily driver? I can only imagine using nightly builds on a secondary device that isn't essential to my daily life.

I use a glass screen protector and have for a while, it definitely helps prevent the screen from getting cracks and deep scratches etc. My old HTC One M8 once fell out my pocket as I was getting on the train and fell onto the track on a sharp rock and the glass screen protector completely...

Man the UK really gets screwed on prices doesn't it, the UK base model converted to dollars is equivilent to $679.30 when it only costs $499 in the US. That's a HUGE difference.

Exactly. Apple/Samsung have to appeal to those kinds of people who actually use the headphones that come with their phone, not that there's anything wrong with it, but I don't think that's the Nexus people.

I've been having some issues with wifi, it isn't that it's not working at all, its just that it turns off when i sleep my device, which stops facebook message notifications coming up and also if i reboot then the wifi will stop working until i boot into recovery and wipe the cache and dalvik...

That's just plain untrue?? They're known for their high build quality. Well, maybe until the Nexus 9 was released. I'm running GPE SkyDragon ROM and much prefer it to sense. Not in every way, but most.

I would definitely do this. There are loads of times where the portable is the only device that can do the job, but the shield tablet is so similar to the note it would make it pretty obsolete imo.

Pretty much just as the title says, I've been struggling to find somewhere I can purchase alternative tags/shields for my Shield Portable. (I mean the magnetic thing on the front). I'm finding that it only shoots when the trigger is pressed all the way down, seems like a bug to do with the game not recognising it's an analogue controller? Shame, gameloft are always ridiculous with mapping controls (eg: making us use the bumpers in MC4)...

I wonder if Trine 2 works with the original Shield, I'm guessing it's probably not, i think it's exclusive to the K1, but still...
