Interesting. I'm on build 3 and get no GPS. Someone mentioned it was because the location.apk was removed from system. Did you do anything to make yours work?

It can't be a stock google experience, not until google bakes in a 10' experience based launcher. Using a controller or air mouse to move a cursor on a screen is just terrible ux.

Or if they make the shield be their first handset, where the screen detaches as a phone. Mind blown.

I wonder if there is a way to filter the results from xbmc to only the files that are actually compatible with Chromecast. I know the Icefilms plex plugin at least let's you select hosts.

It's an android device. KitKat contains bug fixes, scaling optimizations, new ui features, bluetooth 4.0, among many other things. You definitely want the latest version of your OS. Come on brah.

Gwaldo, for a game dev, you should probably do some homework. The Tegra K1 supports unreal engine 4 out of the box, meaning all dev being done for that platform can be ported over. First devices with this tech are supposed to drop before q2 this year. PS2/Xbox emulation, doesn't even matter...
