Lumia 925 checking in. Same issue here. Used the Windows Phone Recovery Tool, failed midway through and now my phone has display and won't respond to any button combination and is detected as QHSUSB_DLOAD when connected to a computer. So many people with this issue and microsoft hasn't said...

Since updating to the latest build I haven't heard the tone any more, and wifi has been much more stable.

It happened both at home and at work, so it is unlikely that would be the issue since other devices worked fine on the network. I just updated to the 1/13 build, so I'll see if that makes a difference. What about the weird tone. Anyone else had this happen?

Yes, this rom. I wouldn't post in the thread of a ROM unrelated to the one I am having issues with. I think I may be running an older version though, as my CyanogenMod version is 11-20141125-SNAPSHOT-jcsullins-tenderloin.

After some searching this issue seems to be fairly common with multiple makes and models of tablets, both RT and PRO. The only common factor is they are running 8.1, and a reboot fixes it temporarily. There doesn't seem to be any fix for the problem though, which is disappointing.

I attempted a dirty flash of v10 and the boot hung at optimizing apps. One particular app it seems, it went up to about 70 and hung. I pulled the battery and it hung at the first app with the total number of apps being less the ones it completed the first boot. Anyone else seen this, or know...

Trying to use the zipthemer on the RAZR icon set and am getting an error saying it can't find a theme control file. Has anyone else seen this with this particular icon set?
