does somebody have the file to upload?

i tried everything and when i finish the first part of the command. adb devices.. i dont get any sserial number. all i get is "device is listed" or something similar. any help? i opened ouya toolbox and doesnt recognize the ouya. i have already rooted it via the sideload method.

i was able to find localfota in TB but not the other two. I can find FWU by seeing it in Root explorer. but not att software update

doesn this rom support Vietnamese OS language? Looking to have the entire os tranlsated to vietnamese not just input. This also looks to be a modifed version of the at&t samsung rom (not google)? I want it stock looking from samsung as possible.

will any of those roms also keep the stock s4 skin? this device is for my mom who doesnt speak much english

its possible to flash an entire rom from another carrier on AT&T? wouldnt the radios be all jacked up? what is the rom you have flashed with vietnamese language on it? I know its on your tablet but at least it can point me in the rigtht direction thanks for your help

I am trying to make the entire phone in vietnamese language, not just the input. There is Vietnamese input for the keyboard but I want the entire OS to reflect it. It only has about 5 languages

running 213 why is it everytime i have widget outs and reboot my phone. in place of my widget shows a message that it could not load it. how do i get my widgets to stay after a reboot?

so have es explorer adn when i tried to copy it over.. it keeps saying denied. move says denied and copy and paste the text within the file is deined. any reason?

after installing this hack. i lost the ability to do mobile hotspot. my company gave me the ability to mobile hotspot and now when i hit the check box it lights up and disables right away. any way to fix this?

i get to the part where it it searches for the zip file.. i just place dit on the SD card... but after that whole processes doesnt work. im at the find unknown sources and it doesnt show up on my phone keeps saying pd98img is older and update fail

is there an app that will totally disable the volume key? i find myself pressing it by accident. what im looking for is completely disabling it and it will only work when you are in media or video. that the volume cannot be adjust by the volume keys and i have to change profiles with another app
