As much as I appreciate the concerns, wouldn't we flash a rom which would naturally disable ota for stock anyway? Might as well let us start flashing roms. And post a warning.

It should be an IPS file, if I recall correctly. Just unpacking it with a file explorer on the phone that works did the trick for me.
