you need to extract the .nbh file from the stock rom using 7-zip or winrar on the ruu executable. Make sure you don't extract the spl.nbh file. I think the file you want is something like RUU_signed.nbh then put it into your HardSPL folder and flash away

you can't get 3g at all on the wing. 3g is based on a hardware radio, and the hardware radio that we have only supports edge and gprs. If you want 3g, you will have to get a different phone, one with an actual 3g radio. By 3g speeds on your laptop, that just means "unusually fast"
