I simply uninstalled 5 and installed 4. The app doesn't auto update for me. I don't know the answer to second part of your question.

Search function is excellent. Very difficult to follow and keep tabs of episodes watched. Takes a few clicks to locate an episode. No list of upcoming episodes by date. 3 star (only for search)

I have to do this quite often. But I think it is a known issue with Xiaomi phones. I have to restart the service at least once a day. Even after all permissions it still kills the blokada service somehow.

This option is turned on in my app. These ads are almost inline ads, are shown in the browsing list. No popups etc. They are gone for now btw.
