sorry i i forgot to post that under phone software version its : 1227-4612_r2ba026 GENERIC. and also got 026 when it first came out. so my phone was customized for a specific carrier in france? or just customized to be sold in france?

ok hold on. i purchased my phone from the internet. under model info it says... Model: x10i Country: France Brand: Customized FR it still means its generic, because i have it running on fido in canada.

the ssame thing is happening to me. it gets worse when i receive a call and i would have to turn the screen off and on to return to normal

what i had to do is install the older panel manager, change the setting to what i want, and then install the X2 panel manager. the setting are still saved but you cant change them. works 100% other than that

i purchased one from ebay, and i will never again unless its oem. very cheap and its not oem. does not fit properly and i actually i had glue something that should have been done. its worth going to cnn.cn and getting the housing for 79.99 other than the 25$ that i spent and actually messed up...
