I don't think I was ever successful at installing stock .64 on the Amazon G4. If I recall correctly it would say something about how it was an invalid image.

While I do hope so, I am rather enjoying Lineage. The only two things that bother me is that the flash light function does not work and I can only get 3G to work instead of 4G LTE. One the plus side, I do feel blessed to have the battery LED working as a notification indicator on it. :o

Same. Thank you anyway JKASS5. I am currently using Lineage but wanted to run stock. Sadly this is the update from 64~ which some of us can not use since Amazon's G4 prevents us from using it. At least that is what I recall.

Well darn. Thank you for trying. I myself am having an issue with notifications. Neither Skype nor Gmail will notify me until I push the power button. My other phone on the other hand receives alerts instantly so I know it isn't my internet connection. I have already disabled the power saver...

I am sure a lot of us will be eager to hear your results.

Okay boys and girls. The moment you have been waiting for! Using this tutorial I was able to flash this stock image and everything is working just fine! No Amazon bloatware. No nothing!

I would love to give it a shot but this download is going to take 2+ hours. :eek: Nothing to do now but wait until it finishes.

I am having the same problem. Uninstalling did nothing form me.

Has anyone found a work around for the "black" preview by chance?
