I have exactly the same behavior, data can only be decrypted on one slot. This is very strange since the data partition should be the same for both. I also took a backup of vendor/boot/system images and restored on the problematic slot but I had the same result. Probably this will be fixed...

That just worked for me, before downgrading TWRP I was unable to decrypt data from TWRP. With TWRP 3.2.1-1 I was able to flash the last firmware and LOS15.1 without data wipe.

A work around to hide navigation bar is using expanded desktop and just hide the bar. Settings > display and lights > expanded desktop > enable for all > hide navigation bar Great work with this ROM :good:!!
