do you already have custom recovery? if yes proceed.. 1.go to recovery- 3 buttons combo 2.toggle usb 3.put the zip file(the kernel) into sd card. 4.go to 'flash zip' 5.choose the zip file(the kernel) and flash. 6.reboot

Just flash the kernel and overclock it using setcpu.
