No, It's not there after the N update. I tried installing it from a hicloud.apk file and ended up with this error "The package conflicts with an existing package by the same name." Although i couldn't find it under Settings>Accounts!

That happened to me too and i just solved it. 1- Extract the update.zip from this thread, u'll find an Update.app. Open it using huawei update extractor, and then extract BOOT.img, RECOVERY.img, SYSTEM.img to adb folder. 2- Boot your phone into bootloader (shut it down, press volume down - then...
