So I guess you have to buy an entirely new housing if you want to replace the scratched lens. Not sure if its worth it though. But what would be awesome would be different colored shells. I am thinking an Orange colored One X would look really cool. Orange is my favorite color :D

Actually, from what l've heard, the camera lens is built into the shell. You have to replace the entire unibody if you want to have a scratch free lens. Not completely sure though. Will do some research and let you know. Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app

I am glad I am not the only one but I found a way out with an album art downloader app. Search it up in the play store. Revert to stock sense ROM and check if it fixes your problem. It could be the ROM that is causing it. Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app

You really should check with HTC for the warranty. HTC is pretty nice when it comes to warranty from my previous experience. My previous Sensation XE had some minor plastic cracks that came with the phone and I got a free replacement. If not try this...
