Post Pixel 2 XL or 5t

I agree. On my panda 2xl, which i got a month ago, the black crush and ghosting with low screen brightness is quite bad. At least disabling adaptive brightness "solves" the issue. Blue shift is minimal though. With low brightness, even my old Galaxy S6 behaves much better than the pixel 2 xl...

Thread Question about TWRP backup/restore partition selection

Just moved from an old Galaxy S6 to the Pixel 2 Xl and I am confused about what partitions i need to select to make a proper backup with TWRP. Is boot/sytem/data enough? I dont know what to do with the remaining partitions: system image/vendor/vendor image.

Post [TOOL/UTILITY][TWRP][3.0][RECOVERY] TWRP 3.2.3-0 TeamWin Recovery Project

I just moved from a Nexus 5 and im a little confused. I saw the other thread with SpaceX Kernel, which was required to be flashed before the recovery. I have a G920F running the latest stock 6.0.1 G920FXXU5DPL4. Is it safe to flash the latest TWRP without having a custom kernel? Thank you.

    Post [ROM] Enhanced236 - stock 2.3.6 (06.08.2012 update)

Well, for a stock rom with minimal tweaks, it's great.I didn't encounter any problems so far. Btw, i use the phiexz kernel. My experience with the delano kernel in the past, with other roms, was not quite good.

Post [ROM][DEV] LiGux OS 3.2 RC 2 | *Stable* *Smooth*

Backlight of the softkeys is not working, its not a big deal anyway. In Manage Aplications, at the bottom of the screen normaly it shows the ammount of free and used internal memory and in the running section the same thing with the amount of ram, is Ligux different because they are missing :)...

Post you can update samsung official rom to 2.3.6

We don't even have 2.3.4 official version out yet, and i don't think it will come in the near future either. As long as i have a couple of custom roms and stock roms to chose from i don't need to use that piece of crap called Kies and wait ages until an update arrives.
