Sofkey enabler works for me (from play store) all you need is root :) running xtrestolite 2.4 G920I

Copy the twrp backup file to your computer, use Odin to flash stock 5.1.1 , then flash twrp, then restore backup :), you don't have to copy it to your computer, just in case it gets deleted when odins flashing.

Its probably because you need mm bootloader, twrp 3.0.0 and arters new kernel.

Hi I've got an G920I, just got marshmallow, but I'm still on lollipop xtrestolite 2.4, I wanna update, but keep all my data (apps+data, photos, SD card stuff ect.) So what should I do? Really want marshmallow plz help I really love this rom! Thx :)

So happy its finally here :D I wanna update really bad, but don't wanna loose apps and their data, photos, downloaded music ect. I'm on 5.1.1 xtrostolite ROM, twrp 2.8.7.1. I know there's root for 6.0.1, will it work for the G920I? Also is there a working twrp? Don't wanna mess up my phone...

its just volume down and power :) if your phone ever freezes anywhere (recovery, download ect.) That's the way to get out :)

The fact that u have titanium backup pro makes it so much easier :) backup all user apps only (backing up system apps/data will cause problems with new ROM) then flash new ROM, reinstall titanium backup, and go to restore then you can choose apps or apps+data :)

Try installing apk again and reboot, are u on 5.0.2? Or 5.1.1? Are you worried about your warranty?

Ohhhhh, it doesn't matter, on your galaxy s6 create a new folder in system/app (call it camera) then put the s3 camera apk in it, then install and reboot :)

Can't see the pic :(, but try using es file explorer, and enable root explorer :)

Ok on s3 go to root explorer, go to system/app/Samsung camera (it might be called something else, its called Samsung camera on the s6) then copy the whole folder and paste it on the s6 system/app , then install apk (inside the folder) and reboot :)

Depending on your model twrp might not work, 3.0.0 and 2.8.7.2 didn't work, I had to use 2.8.7.1, anyways flash that version and UNCHECK AUTO REBOOT ON ODIN and now it should work :D

Did u factory reset before flashing? Also it looks like your having the nand write start error there's a fix for it :)...

Try to backup your gallery apk with titanium backup and install it on your s6 :)

Its fixable, but you'll need to trip your Knox :(, I was in ur shoes and here's how I got it fixed :) Flash Philz recovery from Odin on download mode, then boot into recovery (home+power+volume up) then reset everything I mean everything except recovery, then go back into download mode and...

U can't flash stock firmware over old firmware, you've gotta wipe first, and since you can't get into recovery, flash twrp and format data :) it worked for me, and since you don't have warranty, it won't matter unless u wanna use Samsung pay, don't flash twrp if u want to keep your Knox...

Try sammobile its the best site for firmwares :)

I've had that exact same issue, try formatting all data (except recovery) and then try with Odin again, if it fails, try adb pushing a ROM, hope it works like it did with me :), also if you didn't wipe your app data and you still want it, make a nandroid so when your on stock firmware, you can...
