Flashed yesterday on 4.3 MK4 deodexed . Everything's good .... except Touchwiz is gettting FC. Davlik Cache & Cache wiped after flashing.

May be you have lost your IMEI. You can get your IMEI back recovering your EFS backup (if you made one) or flashing a Gingrebread Stock ROM (look for one with PDA, PHONE and CSC) with Odin.
