My FB app wont show me push notifications, i did turn off the batt optimization and the advanced optimization, heck even the in app notification settings are spot on. I cant understand why. This is only for my fb app, every other app works fine.

Anyone here knows the unlock code for globe n7100? tried using other unlock tech, but 4.3 seems to be preventing the free unlock method. Was hoping there was another way to unlock my n7100 w/o downgrading.
