the card doesn't accept format. whether it is by pc or phone neither the pc can format the card nor the phone. both shows error message which says that this card can't be formatted and whenever i try to paste some files to it, it doesn't accept any new files to it

any help on this?

yes i've set it up as a portable storage and i did try other sd card it works fine no problems just this one card 64gb that have this issue that it won't format and it won't accept any new file to it
