You are welcome. It will only show up for people with Philippines ROM (as aforementioned: GBL or SMA or XTC), that's the only country so far with Nougat for SM-G9287C. If you're from the Philippines and still did not get the OTA update, make sure your ROM is one of those three region codes...

My friend had a similar issue... Except it was with the camera. He tweaked some settings in the service menu and the camera no longer worked. He took it to Samsung, told them that he updated via Kies and they repaired it without further questions. (His warranty was still okay...)

Do you have the original EFS folder backed up? If so, then try restoring it and flashing a stock ROM... :) If you don't have your EFS backed from earlier you might have some problems, I don't know if it's possible to fix it then...

I did this once, I booted into download mode, flashed an original rom from Odin and then put the zip files from my PC and flashed them. :)

If you're on stock rom, you probably can't install it, as it is part of the factory preloaded apps. Still, you can disable them in Settings -> Apps or uninstall updates. Hope this helps. :)
