Camera app won't work on last build. The flashlight button does not work in the status bar. Some applications simply do not start, for example, youtube and translator for me, hang on the application's splash screen. there were no complaints on the last build

ROM is booting, cheking applications and then phone going bootloop.

I go to wipe dalvik/data/system. Then install ROM, gapps and reboot phone. I see android boot logo and after that phone reboot again and again and again
