why i cant download v 3.0 ? anybody can confirm link working or not? mega can download but romhut cannot.

1st-wipe data /factory reset 2nd-wipe cache partition 3rd-advanced,wipe dalvik cache.. then i flash rom..restart and flash lockscreen..
