My G2 came with an offline car navigation software by htc. Its maps were "hidden" in /sdcard/.data They were about 2Gb in size. I copied them to my harddrive - just in case - and then deleted them from the sd card. The command du /sdcard |sort -n should also be helpful in finding out were...

i don't know how good your linux skills are. but you might need to chmod +x adp, then you can run it from it's dir with ./adb or you can ln or cp it to your bin dir. for fastboot the same applies (mutatis mutandis). you might have to use sudo, too. hope that helps

i had the same problem with jf 1.5. i removed the apk manually from /system/app/ then installed it again. that worked. now i'm trying to install it in jf 1.51 but it seems there isn't enough free space. any tips? EDIT: I copied libpdfreader.so to /system/sd/lib and then created a ln. works fine.

you can change the nameserver in /etc/resolv.conf

damn! should have read the thread first. it's a shame that it doesn't work. it's the best pdf reader out there for now. any ideas how we can fix this?
