use any root backup app to backup all the data then install the latest build with full complete wipe

my phone also had soft restarts alot because there were alot of apps open in the background

the battery profile dose not matter and i would recomend u to recheck keep wifi on during sleep

do you have and battery saving app that might be inter fairing with your wifi

Wifi Solution try to disable avoid poor conections in advance settings of wifi
