It means Over the Air update (OTA). It means you could update the new rom over Wifi or 3g .

I think Broodplank kernel is better than castagnaIt kernel. It is sure a lot smoother and faster in my opinion.

YEs :) I really love your rom (Currently on V5).It would be great to have new roms. I suggest that you should make a rom and a separate kitchen(Like some of the S3 roms) . In that way It would be easier for users to customize the rom. Anyway It's just a suggestion.

Negative. Worked very well for me on Ehndroix. Though i admit it reverted my jelly bean like notification bar back to the ICS one . Other than that it worked well.

That is a jelly bean style notification bar. MIUI has a completely different notification bar,which i think is better. I don't think Alex would change that.
