Allright that means your efs is corrupted ! Extract from latest firmware and Flash latest via odin separately: bl, cp, and csc.md5 instead of home_csc.md5 This is easiest method for you. (Be sure the slots you use on odin)

System root didn't keep files because of Magick root but *and protection! As an alternative You can do it via twrp . (Copy/paste files one by one manually don't forget to give permissions !) .it will take a lite more time ! Good luck

probably you must use corect source code editor .. if you use windows text editor's can save this scripts whit wrong characters codes.. i used notepad++ it's free.and works... additionally i cleaned all precautions about versions..

Please be aware! I installed an application ACR.apk (call recorder) from XDA and it's IMPOSSIBLE to unistall it.The apk in the mind time still recording my calls. (My phone have no root.)

Emnc read errors can fixed by full formating(writing zeros byte per byte). In smartphones Exception is critical partitions like efs[...] In some other cases (like some versions on Galaxy Note II) there is problematic emmc chip from scratch . Well,in those cases no ones can do something.
