You can use AppBrain \ Titanium backup for this. For TB, I label them as important and when I get a new phone, I just need to restore them.

Hey my camera was just running fine on my stock rom on my note 2. However when I installed custom rom (dn3 and omega), all it does was failed to connect to camera every time I try to load camera. I tried a lot of things like safe mode, run another camera app, clear cache, wipe data...

I just flashed it yesterday.. so far no problems.. Though I DO have a problem with apps not being able to work like camera, apps which accesses the internal sd card etc. I don't think it's AGNI's problem but 4.4.2's problem.

I installed this rom but when I tried running Titanium Backup it says it wasn't root. So I went to install CF-Auto-Root-t03g-t03gxx-gtn7100 in hoping to root the device. However, it failed when using Odin in Administrator mode. Now the device won't boot to recovery. Any suggestions? It can boot...

I think you could revert back if you have a titanium backup of your previous rom which worked. Are you still hving problems with the GPS?
