you can't see the folder with simple file manager because it is a system folder. yes root explorer is a paid app and i don't know if there are free similars. Probably you can do this also with terminal emulator or ADB, but in this case i can't help you

I know, but when i flashed Darky 9.3 it doesn't fix itsel so i reapplyed the services.jar and it works, you can check it going in settings->about phone->status and look at signal strenght if phone will vibre when it is diplayed -79dbm you have to apply eugene services.jar

It happens to me when signal strenght is -79dbm or below, check this and if it's the same for you, you have to apply the Eugene services.jar
