Network Signal Guru will have an option to turn off / on bands. It will give you an idea if the bands are at least detected by the system.

    Post [Guide] Enabling VoLTE/VoWiFi v2

Thought so, just wanted to make sure. https://imgur.com/a/WZvKteM is what I get. Is it possible to go back to an earlier RAW rom? I want to see if theres something in earlier ROMS that will make it work. I'm just at a loss. I'm not sure what I'm missing for this to work.

There are band checking tools on the Play Store. Try Network Signal Guru and see.

What does it say for you? It won't find it if you turn it off. What is the COM port / driver that shows up in Device Manager

Open up QPST Configuration > at the top click Server > then Stop QPST Server. After that, see if efsTools give you anything. (efsTools efsInfo)

Make sure you dont have QPST server running. Its not required if using the tools. I ran into this issue and realized thats what it was that was using it.

I changed it to that, I'm even trying this on a completely different computer to see. Now its on COM3 on the different system with that driver. I even recently did a full WW firmware flash and factory reset as well. So its pretty much completely stock other than Root and the Apps you made /...

I cannot for the life of me get either method to work. Connected via USB. DIAG mode driver is loaded on COM1, even changed Baud rate on the COM port in device manager to 38400. USB method gives me "Critical Error: Bad Command" Remote method does not send any information but indefinitely runs...

Same boat as you. anything I try to get any information with ESF Tools errors out with Operation Timed out, Never been able to view anything from QPST from it even if it has SDM855(0). Is there something we're missing?

Post [Guide] Enabling DIAG for QPST (updated)

Thats what I have now, and usually do have when I enable it. I just thought it was strange when I suddenly got that other interface to connect. Again, not sure the significance of what I had since QPST still didn't work. But just was something I came across while trying to tinker.

Post [Guide] Enabling DIAG for QPST (updated)

Yeah it shows up as a USB device with SDM855(0) as the device. I actually had a different diagnostic driver that was the ANDROID Diag mode at some point, not sure if that was useful at all, but still no QPST data. Not sure how I managed to get the Qualcomm ANDROID Diag to show up (The exact...

Post [Guide] Enabling DIAG for QPST (updated)

I really hope we can get QPST fully working. I'm in the same boat as you, was able to get SDM855(0) but nothing after that with QPST. Glad you got it to work though! I really want to try enabling some LTE bands (just want two as a start, 12 / 17. And MAYBE 66.

Post [Guide] Enabling DIAG for QPST (updated)

I had this problem to until I realized that its network based and your phone should be connected to your WIFI (at least thats what fixed it for me). However, Despite this, i am still not getting data from it. COM30001 from an IP of 192.168.1.211 (which is my phone) and it is still not able to...

Could you provide a guide on how you got diag mode to work? I would be willing to test this for the US side of things.

If you have an AT&T phone, you can ask them to provision VOLTE for it. See if it will provide your phone with an IPv6 address from AT&T. An IPv6 will show up if your sim/account is properly provisioned, In my case I was stuck because of a pretty deep error in their system after I was swapping...

Howd you get this to show up? I cant get mine to get any where with this. Comes up as "No Phone" but gives me a COM port for Diagnostics mode?

    Post [Guide] Enabling VoLTE/VoWiFi (deprecated)

AT&T is full of crap by saying they dont do IPv6. They absolutely do. Unfortunately if your phone doesn't get an IPv6 address VOLTE wont be possible on AT&T. If you know someone who has an AT&T phone that has VOLTE you could see if VOLTE works on that phone or if you get an IPv6 address on that...

Make sure you're not on wifi connection. If you pass when your not on wifi. Then you're phone has part 1 of what VOLTE needs. Now try going through profiles with PDC to see if any of them gives you a VOLTE icon the top ---------- Post added at 02:59 AM ---------- Previous post was at 02:58 AM...

Profiles might not be compatible and we cant run custom profiles (yet). It seems certain profiles meant for other carriers work. I did have one profile that was most compatible which seemed to have been marked as a "TestSIM" which works for everything but VoWiFi. However, Check to see if you...

Had a similar response and it was fixed within a half hour. Keep checking for IPv6. Once you can ping IPv6 you'll be in business.

I would try their support chat. They are usually very helpful the last two times I've worked with them. The first time they didnt fix my account/provisioning issue but they did claim to add my phone for VOLTE Compatibility (which I can only assume means it wont get knocked off at some point)...

Okay. I was able to get VOLTE to work on my phone again. There was a provisioning error their end that they resolved. After they resolved it I got an IPv6 address again and used PDC to reload the profile and it has begun working again. Hopefully you had luck.

Post Android 10 WW BETA 10 OUT

It seems this has also broken the ability to enable VoLTE (*#*#4636*#*#) greys out the options but they do show up in the Settings menus. So not sure what that means? EDIT: Ignore, its because the profile set in PDC was reset as someone else has pointed out. I JUST got VOLTE to work again after...

Let me know if you have any luck. I'm not sure why mine was already working. I came from a Galaxy S8, then a ROG phone, then ROG Phone 2. So I'm not sure why I had my SIM working with IPV6 already set up. But I can assure you it was working.

    Post [Guide] Enabling VoLTE/VoWiFi (deprecated)

Yeah you're in the same boat I am. IPv6 is what VOLTE uses. I had an IPv6 address before. Even way before I started doing rooting and all this. Now I lost it for some reason. I'm working with ATT to see if they can resolve this. Also. Do you know if your SIM was working with VOLTE on a previous...

Tried that. Unfortunately didn't work. They mentioned something was glitched with provisioning. So I'll give them 24 hours as they stated. I wish I had a other SIM card. I might even go in to ATT and see if they have another SIM for me to try. ---------- Post added at 02:36 AM ----------...

    Post [Guide] Enabling VoLTE/VoWiFi (deprecated)

Well for some reason when I was switching the SIM between two different phones for testing I seemed to have broken the ability for my SIM to get an IPv6 address on any phone. I got a hold of AT&T and they claimed to have made some changes that should hopefully restore that. And they did say that...

    Post [Guide] Enabling VoLTE/VoWiFi (deprecated)

I'm not sure if my next question belongs in this thread. But since my ROG Phone 2 is currently rooted with an unlocked bootloader. Is there a way to retain this without having to flash the RAW FW and relock the bootloader? Is there a reason I cant re-flash the stock boot.img and then use...

    Post [Guide] Enabling VoLTE/VoWiFi (deprecated)

Tried a few other profiles, mostly ones with "VoWIFI" in their name. A lot of these worked for AT&T for VOLTE. Only a few gave me the Video Calling in IMS. The closet I could get was "testSIMViWifi_v4" profile gave me everything BUT VoWifi. Made sure VoWIFI was enabled in the settings as well...

I used the same one he mentioned. The VivoVoWiFi_v5 profile. Thats the first one I tried and it worked right away. Tested a call to another cell I have that I know has VoLTE and it sounds so much better on ROG Phone 2 now, so I can confirm this is working on AT&T 100% EDIT: To also add, this is...
