Hello I just upgraded to lineage os 14.1 via OTA and during the update with twrp I saw that the device is being encrypted. If I remember correctly the device was not encrypted before, can it be that the ota update automatically encrypt the device again?

I I do ot the opposite way and set PIN unlock after initial setup it would reset the OEM unlock after reboots? On my Nexus 9 after factory image flash on 5.1.1 my OEM unlock stays persistent even if I enable PIN unlock
