NRT works perfectly I just used Nexus Root Toolkit with TWRP and worked perfectly fine for re-rooting.

Does the new 4.4.3 update have the new GPU driver that was released on may 30th?

OTA update while root Really weird, i just got the update while my device is rooted, so installing now and will report back, hopefully i will not need to re-root EDIT: I had to re-root the nexus but it looks like the device got the OTA update 4.4.3 just fine and installed fine.

Got it to work on nexus 7 2013 4.4.2. you have to open the scripts/gtasa folder and copy all of the files in there to sdcard/android/data/com.rockstarames.gtasa. do not open files folder as it will not work there. just place them loose in the location above and it will work for the nexus 7.
