Of course I have ALE-L21, and I used TWRP 3.1.0-1 to flash. Flashing finished without issues infact, but when I've tried to boot my device just shutted down and led started blinking red and green.

So I have to be on a single sim build like B597 to flash this ROM or I can flash it over a dual sim build, like B596?
