Now that there's no separate Android Auto app showing up in phone, is there a way to use this AA Stream. Asking as we used to get into developer settings of AA and enabling options earlier. And how to achieve that.

In the new version, android auto couldn't start and crashes immediately. Also a lot of niggles in Bluetooth. Rest are awesome. Please have a check on these issues when you find time

Thanks for this wonderful ROM. I'm facing a peculiar issue while using Android Auto. While using the Android Auto, the map in the AVN of the car goes to the dark theme (Night mode). I had to turn on the head light and then turn off for the map to be displayed in Day mode. It stays in Day mode...

Thanks for this wonderful ROM. Does anyone use the multiple user features? The Fingerprint sensor doesn't seem to work properly on the second user login on my mobile.

Im interested to try this (coming from MIUI). Checked the OP and found the link to download the ROM in the official page. But the last modified date shows July 28. (screen shot below) Is this the latest ROM for X526 or am i looking at a wrong place? Also do we get updates for this ROM? Thanks

Where are the Changelogs and new versions links are updated? I don't see this anymore on the OP and even the OTA app doesnt show up the updates most of the time.

Just a quick question, does this ROM feature the Second Space (in MiUi) or equivalent to it?

Adaway doesn't seem to work after 7.12.21 update. App hangs and doesn't open at all. Anyone else facing the issue?

Thanks. This fixed the OTA app crash and WhatsApp in Second Space. And the latest beta update from PlayStore for WhatsApp fixed the media download issue. Currently no issues found. Phone feels a lot cooler in temperature.

Gone back to 7.11.9 but still whatsapp media (only images) are not getting downloaded.

Yeah, can confirm issues with WhatsApp on this update. Could use only in one space. Please fix

Flash a different Kernel This issue had already been discussed. Brightness issue happens with Stock Kernel. Flash a kernel mentioned in the OP and it should work fine.

After more than a year of wait for Root on this device, happy to share that i exchanged this and got a Redmi Note 4 through Flipkart. No more coming back to this forum. A wonderful device from the worst manufacturer. Thanks for all the good hearts that tried to get the Root.

Streaming Music via Bluetooth Thanks for the suggestion, let me give a try. However, this issue happens only while playing (streaming) music. I mean there aren't any issue while taking calls. The calls are streamed to Car system without any glitch.

It for some apps block the ads for sure but not in few. Not sure how it works.

Good one Been using it for half a day now. Looks clean and crisp. Looks pretty stable and no sudden battery drain. No crash of any app so far. Pretty much more nice than the stock version (no offense; its a good one too but CM tweaks are any day better for me than stock) Thumbs up so far!

Had been using it for a while and it awesome but just found this small bug today. The dialpad while you are on a call, is misaligned and im not able to press the bottom row * 0 # as its overlapped by the call functions as "End call", "Speaker" etc. Am i the only one facing this or has this been...

Just the normal unwanted apps we do with all CMs like Gtalk, Gmail, live wallpapers, flipboard and no system related apks... May be i should give another try and get back with the results.

Battery stands normal when compared to any other CM but the phone get very laggy and unresponsive. Had to remove battery to reboot the phone. This all happened with no external apps installed. Removed few unwanted apps (as for as im concerned) to recover system space, changed min frequency to...

I doubt we get the spares in open market / online as i had a similar experience in searching for mother board a couple of weeks ago and all effort went futile when came to know the spares are available at only the Samsung service centers. FYI, im from India. Not sure the same in all regions.
