Ok found the problem. I was using SD card as a internal memory option. Seems that TWRP than cant find the ROM file to update. I then reverted back to using SD card as portable memory and now everything is OK.

I just noticed a huge bug. Phone would not wake up, hard reset didn't work, shut down didn't work. I finaly managed to get it to work via adb cmd command line.

Try downloading Sony update service. turn on phone as instructed in the program and it will download and install 4.1.2. Then you need to root once more, unlock bootloader etc Hope it works it did with me when I bricked my phone.

No I just flashed the rar file. 1. factory reset (wipe data) 2. went to storage and flashed whole rar 3. received error Do I need to seperetly flash kernel? Ahahaha I did it. Flash kernel first and it works!!! Great instructions of first page!!

I deliberitely didn't upgrade to this rom to see if he will see it threw. It seemed that he didn't and that I made the right choice. But still, he has all right to do so. He gave us much of his time and maybe someone else can pick up where he left off.
