I've got the same... The changes did take effects. Shows up new updates, always fails it, and nothing on Insider.

Could someone provide me with some other registry entries? The ones from Wojtas and from lucario94 aren't working for me... I have v1,32 installed, all set to English US, my Microsoft account registered on Insider program. I plug in the phone in mass storage, change the values, unplug safely...
