CSC is TEL for Telstra Corporation (Australia). I found "cscfeature.xml" under "/system/omc/TEL" but the file in encrypted. There is no "others.xml" in this directory. There is a "customer.xml" though, which is not encrypted.

Found it under "/system", but I don't think this is the correct file for this entry as the line to add is in XML format. Unless it needs to be specified in build.prop as a different entry line?
