Worked great thanks. Lg tool to stock, rooted with io22, used freegee app to instal twerp, followed the instal directions and all is good. Still have root. The flash took quite a while, and I got a number of errors during the flash but it worked. So don't panic.

use the lg tool to go back to bone stock. I just finished doing that. Itll work

My stock captivate was great I'd get a 9 sat lock in 12 seconds nearly all the time. I got hooked on flashing and my gps was usually crap on other roms. Now I'm running apex 9 with a talon kernal and I'm getting a 9 sat lock in 10 to 12 again. So go figure

Beta 1 was flawless for me. Beta 2 also flawless. I just followed the steps in the OP, and used SGS kernel flasher for the kernel. I forgot to wipe data the first time. That didn't work well. Wipe, flash and all problems solved.

I've been on Unleashed for the last week or so, It's got everything perfect for me. It is going to take a lot for me to want to go to a GB rom.

like it 6 is a keeper. But I had to mess with is a bit to get working JK4 is my favorite so far. Not overly themed. Had to reinstall gmail but now it works great. Best out of the box gps for me so far. I think I'll need to reinstall navigation but that is pretty simple.
