I've just wiped all (data, cache, delvik, system) and reinstalled the rom but the device still fails to find my location.

I have a big problem: my network localization service doesn't work. I can't determinate my position by using only the network. It says: Current position not available. I've just tried to change modem but it doesn't make any difference. Any advices?

Seeing your shared photo I think the problem could be the modem. From photo you can notice that signal is quite variable (from dark green to light green) so this could be the reason of your strange battery drain. You should change modem or, to exclude others causes, using battery calibration...

Bug report The annoing bug which, principally, affects this awesome rom is the clock freeze in the bar and lookscreen. Randomly it stops indicating the right time. Only solution is reboot.

I found the same situation. It's simply: return to recovery, wipe data/factory, format/sistem and reflash the Rom. Everything will go after that. :)
