'Fraid not. AOSP and AOKP is not CM. They don't use the same launcher, nor do they have the same Settings. This particular ROM doesn't have a Home Screen option. It has ROM Control, none of the options which let you control the number of homescreens.

Sorry guys, deleting homescreens isn't avail on this ROM because the AOSP launcher can't do that. Stock sammy can delete homescreens because Touchwiz has the functionality built in. You'll need to use another launcher, tho I think it'll use more memory and isn't necessary.

Viper requires no flashing. Sorry I cannot help you otherwise - Ac1d not working on mine too, Viper is an alternative.
